Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within three business days of purchase via Canada Post – expedited. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so your email MUST be included when you place your order.
Shipping times vary depending on the area you are shipping to, but within Canada packages are generally delivered within 3 – 7 business days.
We also ship to Mainland United States up to a value of $750.00. We can ship larger items valued over $750.00 BUT the shipping must be quoted and you will have to contact the store directly.
Within Canada – Up to $500.00 – $15.00
Within Canada – $501.00 to $999.00 – $25.00
Within Canada – $1000.00 and up – $40.00
Mainland United States – up to $750.00 – $30.00
In-store Pick Up
In-store pick up is available. Items will be ready for pick up the following day after your order is placed. If you need to pick up immediately, please let us know and we will make those arrangements for you. Our store hours are posted on our website and there is lots of customer parking available at the rear of the store.
Online Return Policy
To determine whether your purchase is eligible for an exchange or store credit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Your Name and Order Number
- The Item(s) You Wish to Return
- Reason for the Return (For example – Too Big, Too Small, Damaged. )
- We do not at this time offer refunds unless the item purchased is defective. Only exchanges or store credit.
*We will do our best to respond to you within 48 hours, however, we are out of the office on weekends/holidays.
Conditions of Return
All sale items are final sale. All duvets and pillows (for health reasons) are final sale.
- Recipient must contact us at the above email address within 3 days of receiving their item(s)
- Return shipping must be paid for by the customer making the return.
- All items must be returned within 14 days (beginning the day you receive the item – for shipped items, or the date you purchase the item for in-store pickup).
- Items must be new, unused and with all tags still attached.
If items do not meet these requirements then you are not eligible for a store credit or an exchange.
All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the mail are your responsibility.
Returning an In-store Pickup
The same policy applies to items purchased and picked up in-store. The 14 day return period begins on the date of purchase (not the date the item is picked up).
Returning Items Purchased In-store
We do not offer refunds on items purchased in-store. Store Credit, or Exchange will be allowed within 14 days of purchase if the items are unworn, free of damage and all tags are still attached Duvets and pillows are FINAL SALE for health reasons. SALE ITEMS are final sale.
We will do our best to accommodate returns for Christmas gifts. Our normal store policy is exchange or store credit and items must be received in store prior to January 16, 2021.
If you wish to return for a refund, please contact us directly at email@example.com to see if your item qualifies for a refund. Restocking fees may apply.
Due to the pandemic and possible future lock down, this return date of January 16, 2021 may be extended. We will do our best to update you as needed.
