      Thanks so much for your unwavering support, we have shared countless memories from finding your ideal sleep companion in our curated collection to transforming your bedrooms into havens of peace. Your belief in our vision has not only fueled our passion but woven us into the fabric of this wonderful community. As we turn to a new chapter, we have some bittersweet news to share. At the end of May and with a heart full of mixed emotions, we will be closing the doors of Shades of Sleep in Inglewood. This decision didn’t come easy, but I look forward to embracing new adventures which include our on line store continuing to sell the curated collections of St Geneve. For the short term, our online store will continue to sell any remaining sleepwear and bedding inventory as we transition over to just featuring St Geneve bedding, a brand we are passionate about. We are adjusting our website to allow customers to custom order any St Geneve bedding, order a swatch or just email us with any questions you may have. We, of course, will have your history of any past orders with Shades of Sleep which will help guide you moving forward when placing new orders. Any orders will be processed within 48 hours and sent to St Geneve for production. Custom orders will ship directly from St Geneve directly to you via UPS within 4 weeks.

      For any in store inventory, we will continue to offer free shipping within Canada for any orders over $150.00. Shipping of any current inventory to mainland USA will be $30.00 Canadian. Any sales of current inventory are final sale.

      As we transition over to St Geneve custom orders, we will offer free shipping within Canada for any custom orders over $200.00. Any custom orders shipped to Mainland USA, will be a flate rate of $50.00.

      As you can appreciate, any custom orders submitted to St Geneve are made specifically for you and are therefore non returnable. However, rest assured that St Geneve bed linens are guaranteed for one year against any defect in material or workmanship provided care instructions have been followed. All guarantees are void if labels are moved. St Geneve also have the following guarantees regarding their down products.

      • Duvets any defect in materials and workmanship, provided that the duvet has been reasonably cared for, labels attached and a clean duvet cover has been used at all times – 20 years for all down filled, duvets, 5 years for silk filled duvets.
      • Mattress toppers – All feather and Down mattress toppers are guaranteed for 5 years against any defect in materials and workmanship.
      • Hypoallergenic Guarantee. All St Geneve down are ZURGUARD certified hypoallergenic or St Geneve will accept the return of the item within 5 years from the date of purchase.
      • No Drift Guarantee. All down duvets are crafted with St Geneve’s proprietary Valved Baffle Box System, which significantly limits down drifting between compartments. St Geneve has such confidence in this system that in the unlikely event that noticeable down drifting occurs, they will adjust it under warranty, for the life of the duvet.
      • Cleaning. There are specific cleaning recommendations regarding your duvets and pillows. Please contact us if you have any questions. Instructions will be included in your purchase.
      • Bed Linens. Most bedlinens can be washed in warm or cold water and dried in a moderate dryer. TIDE FREE is recommended for best results. As some bed linens have specific laundry instructions, please check your information sheet provided with all purchases. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email us.
      • Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have and we will guide you through the process of ordering any St Geneve bedding to ensure that you order the proper product for your needs at the correct size. We would encourage you to utilize the tab that allows you to order a swatch of the product which will be mailed to you directly to ensure that you are happy with the fabric, the colors and the pattern before you actually place your custom order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding previously purchased St Geneve products through our store, please email us and we will do our best to assist you!

      All orders of current sale inventory are shipped within three business days of purchase via Canada Post – expedited.  Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so your email MUST be included when you place your order.

      Shipping times vary depending on the area you are shipping to, but within Canada packages are generally delivered within 3 – 7 business days.
