Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within three business days of purchase via Canada Post – expedited. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email so your email MUST be included when you place your order.
Shipping times vary depending on the area you are shipping to, but within Canada packages are generally delivered within 3 – 7 business days.
We also ship to Mainland United States up to a value of $750.00. We can ship larger items valued over $750.00 BUT the shipping must be quoted and you will have to contact the store directly.
Within Canada – Up to $500.00 – $15.00
Within Canada – $500.01 to $999.00 – $25.00
Within Canada – $999.01and up – $40.00
Mainland United States – up to $750.00 – $30.00
In-store Pick Up
In-store pick up is available. Items will be ready for pick up the following day after your order is placed. If you need to pick up immediately, please let us know and we will make those arrangements for you. Our store hours are posted on our website and there is lots of customer parking available at the rear of the store.

Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
IN STORE PURCHASES
Instore purchases must be returned within 14 days of original purchase date and be accompanied by a receipt (unless you have given us your name when purchasing so we can search for your sale by name). (Last Day for Christmas Returns January 13, 2023).
ON LINE PURCHASES
Online purchases – please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of RECEIPT of the items(s) and let us know if you would like to exchange or return your purchase for a full refund. Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization number which must accompany your return. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us (which includes shipping, duty and taxes) and your method of returning must include a tracking number. If the product is returned with any cost to us, this cost will be deducted from the cost of the refund OR must be paid prior to the replacement item being shipped. Your returned item must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Once received and we confirm our items are not an exception to our return policy and are in their original packaging, etc. as below, we will email you the details of the refund or details of the exchanged item you have requested being sent to you. Our on line store at the moment does not issue store credits (but we are working on that!) (Last Day for Christmas Returns – returned items MUST be postmarked by January 13, 2023).
Please note for returns for both in store purchases and on line purchases the following applies:
- ALL returns must be in their original packaging with tags/ labels attached, be unwashed/ unworn and accompanied by your original receipt or email order confirmation.
- Sales items are final sale
- Personal items (bras/ panties) are final sale
- Personal items such as candles, soaps, lotions, etc are final sale
- Bedding items are final sale.
