Where do you ship?
We ship expedited anywhere in Canada via Canada Post and to mainland United States up to a value of $750.00 only. If your purchase to the United States is over $750.00, you will have to contact the store so that we can calculate the shipping costs directly.
Can I order online but pick up in your store?
Yes you can! When checking out, you will see the option to pick up in store rather than ship. The items will be ready to pick up end of day if you order is in by 1:00 otherwise, the items will be available for pick up the following day.
What is your return policy?
Do you have the same product in store as online?
All of our online products are in store as well. However we do have additional inventory in store only that is not featured in our online store. While we do have some bedding in stock, because we have so many sample fabrics and we like to work directly with our clients to create the perfect bedroom environment, we would recommend you either come and see us in the store or contact us by telephone or email.
