Made in Vancouver by St Genève, the Lajord Down duvet made from a special goose down farm located in Saskatchewan is our best selling Canadian White Goose Down Duvet. These free range geese are more mature than other goose down farms and with a loft of 850 cubic inches per ounce and big beautiful clusters, this down is one of the most prized of all domestic downs. This duvet has a 400 thread count cotton sateen cover, hand sewn in a sealed baffled box design, piped white satin cording and is certified to be hypoallergenic as it has the ZURGUARD certification.
Now available in four weights, ultra light, summer, classic and winter. Ultra Light weight is designed for those that sleep very hot but still ant a light covering and a touch of warmth. Summer weight is recommend for very warm sleepers in warm conditions. Classic weight is recommend for warm sleepers in heated bedrooms and winter weight is recommended for warm sleepers in cool to cold bedrooms.
It is recommended that you start with a lighter weight as the duvets can always be returned to Vancouver to have additional down added (small surcharge) but down cannot be removed from a duvet.
